Blueweek 2026

Marseille, France
The organisation of the BlueWeek is delighted to announce the 14th edition of BlueWeek, a landmark maritime event co-organized by the Blue Forum and the Vessel Operator Forum. This year, we are honored to drop anchor in Marseille, a city steeped in maritime history and innovation, and hosted by the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure Maritime (ENSM).

Marseille, the oldest city in France and a historic gateway to the Mediterranean, has long been a crossroad of trade, culture, and maritime excellence. From its ancient Greek roots as Massalia to its modern role as a hub for shipping and sustainability, Marseille embodies the spirit of adventure and progress – l’audace and l’innovation – that BlueWeek 2026 celebrates.

Our aim during the Blueweek is to redefine the future of oceans, energy, and shipping and bring hope for a sustainable future.

Together, let’s:

  • Set ambitious goals for sustainable alternative energy
  • Rethink transport and shipping to drastically reduce energy use and emissions
  • Promote zero-emission power technologies
  • Protect and cherish the environment
  • Leverage past experience and knowledge from the waterborne sector

This is your opportunity to contribute, collaborate, and innovate. Whether you’d like to:

  • Present at one of our seminars
  • Organize the meeting of a Joint Industry Project (JIP) or EU project (check room availability)
  • Participate in the workshop on wind propulsion and alternative shipping – reach out and discuss the possibilities

Let’s create a sustainable future, together.

Looking forward to welcoming you to Marseille for this rendez-vous incontournable of the sustainable maritime world.
