Shipping is a key sector for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. With sustainability becoming mainstream for businesses globally, and with governments introducing more legislation, the maritime sector needs to adjust. The Dutch shipping sector needs to accelerate and scale up its sustainability efforts.
